The 4-Step Workflow

Authorization

We review your approved SDP Spending Plan and IPP goals to ensure the service code and hourly rates are aligned.

Service Delivery

Your matched specialist conducts sessions. All time and progress notes are logged in real-time via our Teachworks Portal.

Consolidated Invoicing

At the end of the billing cycle, we aggregate all session data and submit a single, compliant Advance Invoice to your FMS.

Provider Disbursement

Once the FMS releases the funds, we handle the professional disbursement and tax reporting for the service providers.
